Q. Do you give free connections ?
- Yes, We give free Connection on the Digital Premium Category
- One Year Rental in Advance and Registration fee (Rs.2000/- +20% TCL) Required to get a free digital connection
Q. Do you have after sales service?
- Yes. 24 hour call centers and technical crew to attend to your needs. Friendly front office staff to help guide you with any queries.
Q. How long would you take to give a connection?
- Answer : We will connect you within four (04) working days if you are in the "LBN ZONE" if you are outside, we will estimate the cost of the connection and if you are in agreement, we will connect you within 07-10 working days. The cost of the cabling which you pay initially will be granted to you as rent free period.
Q. Do I own the decoder box? I paid for it, therefore it should be mine !
- No, It is the property of LBN and is only positioned in the clients residence to enable the client to receive digital quality pictures.
Q. Do I have to sign a contract?
- Yes. We expect you to fully understand the contractual agreement signed between LBN and its Client.
Q. Can I transfer my connection?
- Yes of course, the facility to transfer is available , with an administrative charge of RS 2500.00 and the receipient of the transfer needs to be resident within the "LBN ZONE"
Q. Do I get a TV guide ?
- Yes you do and this will be delivered to your door step before the first of each month.
At present this facility is only available in the Colombo network.
